As we said goodbye to the Chairman I was quite taken by the outpouring of sympathy and web sites tossed together by the media.  I happen to have been in Hoboken two days after and was interviewed by a Polish TV crew.  We'll miss you, Frank!

MAN, OH, MAN --- Well first you hear it's on, then it's off and now.... All I can say is that none of these ideas sounds like something yours truly would find himself sitting in a theater to see!   First -- They were putting it on hold, but now you can only hope -- Can you imagine Tom Hanks as Dean Martin?!?  Give me a drink!!   Make it a double, baby!!  And... and... Someone bring me a gun!  Brad Pitt?!?  Johnny Depp?!?  Mike Myers?!?  Julia Roberts?!?  In A REMAKE OF OCEAN'S 11?!?  Will the madness ever end?   Is this what the 21st Century has in store for us???!?  Help me, please!?!   Read it all here.

Some reviewers hated it, some loved it.  Forget that Liotta had some pretty big shoes to fill, Don Cheadle was incredible as Sammy as was the rest of the cast.  Loved it. 

Here's a story from the NY Times on the HBO movie.  And speaking of the HBO movie, gang, in case you missed this little bit of insanity -- SINATRA DAUGHTER FIGHTING RAT PACK MOVIE -- Tina Sinatra is so angry about HBO's The Rat Pack feature that she met with Ted Turner and asked him to intervene to stop the project, the New York Post reported. Turner, according to the newspaper, refused to intervene. Ray Liotta, who portrays Sinatra in the movie, received a box containing a replica of the horse's head used in The Godfather. A card inside was signed "T.S."  (P.S. -- My inside Sinatra family resources tell me this is a TRUE story)
